About the Role

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to accurately scope, plan and set budget for incoming new projects. 
  • Determine, manage and communicate the schedule, budget, project goals and deliverables to your project team. 
  • Motivate and empower your team to meet stated goals and deliverables on schedule. 
  • Exercise swift and sound judgement to make critical project changes as required, while assessing risks and controlling scope. 
  • Cultivate a relationship of trust with the client team via regular and transparent communication of project status, risks and issues. 
  • Contribute your expertise to our recruiting and hiring processes. 
  • Actively participate in the PM team’s client-facing meetings. 

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager (consumer electronics,IoT, medical devices).
  • 3+ years of work experience in China, excellent supplier communication skills.
  • In depth experience of both the PD and NPI project phases, processes and disciplines (ME, EE, FE, Supply Chain, QC).
  • Excellent communication skills allowing ideas, issues and solutions to be understood by clients, colleagues and management.
  • A driven individual that can manage multiple tasks, projects, time zones and clients independently.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management best practices 
  • A degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
